This is not simply a tick box to enable. There are requirements for disk storage units, NFS service installation, etc. Please post your NetBackup / OS/ SharePoint versions for more details.

Well we have just implmented Sharepoint 2010.

NFS service are already installed. as i m also using Exchange GRT so i know abt it.
OS : Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Netbackup : 7.0.1
Storage Unit already configured.

So now please tell me how can i do that.

Ok, if you've got the NFS installed on both SQL Backends and Media Servers, created the disk storage units etc. Then simply edit your SharePoint policy..

To enable restores of individual items from database backups, click Enable granular recovery.

Same as you would for exchange.
