    hi All,

    Recently I have faced a virus infection issue at client side and same virus file is submitted to symantec suport to get resolution but not find satisfactory solution.  This virus has not symantec client has detected and hence cant cleaned.Can anyone guide me for getting resolution.

    Virus behaviour is creating shortcuts on  machine/ pen drive.

    Contact Symantec Support directly referencing you previous submission number - they will check with the Security Response team regarding the manual further checks on your file sample.

    Yes , finally I got resolution from symantec support but initally they have not detected.
