This issue has been solved. See solution.

What is the reason of this kind of sign ? Why is this showing ? Please see the attached file.

means the system is mentioned

The one with yellow arrow indicates the deployment issues..you can delete the client.is it is online means once you refresh the console page it will come again with green dot..

Also,

Could you please Right click on the Client with the arrow pointing down, and click on Edit Properties.

Do you see any Error message anywhere?

It may be issue with Downloading the Policies OR License Failed on the SEP client.

right click on the client

right click on the client machine in SEPM console and let know what it asks for enable/disable?
