Silly sql error question

Aplogies but this is prob a dumb question....this error we getting int he logviewer....is it as simple as making sure the login account password in sql enterprise manager is the same as the user account in Recovery Solution General page?

That should work. It shouldn't require sa privileges, but usually for a first setup I grant dbo.
