Single Sign on issue

I have a strange issue where it is not registering one user to use single sign on as it does with the rest of my users.  At first I had thought that I accidentally had installed a test msi that I had created when first testing the program, but after reinstalling, its the same install that everyone else had been installed with.

Its as if it doesnt recognize her as a user on the domain, however, she is.

Any ideas?

Any Special Character or symbol in the user account name.

nope,  just a simple lastname, first initial setup for users here.

If all the other users get registers and not this one, I would suspect this user has some thing going wrong. What I would do? Unregister all the other users, reboot the machine and only login with this particular user and see what happens.

Unregistering 30 or more users just for one user doesnt sound like the best thing to have to do

Still a strange issue,  I was able to register the user on another machine fine...  I thought maybe it was a profile issue on her machine, but that turned out to be ok.
