  • 1.  sisipsconfig -t test conntivity is not working

    \IPS\bin>sisipsconfig.exe -t

    Could not connect to server: AGENT COULDNT CONNECT. Verify server IP,port and se
    rver is running

     

    if you see this type of error, please try to run cmd with admin privileges and try sisipsconfig -t

    I assume you cannot connect ot the server and you tried to run the command with elevated priveledges.

    Does the agent appear in the managment console?

    Have you tried simple connectivity utilities like ping and traceroute?

    everything like Ping and tracert are working fine

    even agent showing online on our console
