Site Properties (Liveupdate Download Schedule)

If I am setting the Frequency of LiveUpdate(Site Properties for local site) to run :
"Weekly Start 1am, End 11:30PM Every Saturday"
Does that means the LiveUpdate run only once at 1am every saturday?
Or will it run continously between 1am - 11:30pm every saturday?

Good question. Is someone aware about it?
But I have a hint that its not going to run continously, Maybe its got something to do with retry.
I beleive the "Retry" means if the LiveUpdate fails, "Retry" will kick in.
Or am I still off the track here?..
