  • 1.  Site Status Report - Clients not reporting status

    Posted Apr 03, 2014 11:29 AM

Wondering if anybody could help me with what should be a simple question.  When running the report for System and Site Status it has a line for Total clients not reporting status and this is 1.  For the life of me I haven't been able to find out where I can find out which machine this is.  As it is a report you can't click on the number in the report to find out further info.

Where in the SEPM version 12 console do I look to find this offending machine?  At lot of articles I've found whilst searching suggests there should be something on the home page but I can't see it?

Have you checked the Home tab on the SEPM?

Run the computer status report from Monitors >> Logs. May show there

    What's the SEPM version/

You can find Not Reporting Status report in SEPM home page.

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Home screen show client(s) as "Not Reporting Status" yet reports show they are reporting in.

I've checked the home page of SEPM and there is nothing relating to clients not reporting status.  I've ran the computer status report from Monitors - Logs and doesn't show PCs as no status reported there either.   Please see snippet of our home screen on SEPM we are using version 12.1.2015.2015.

Hi James, We already do this and we often get more than 1 device coming up as unmanaged.

Logged a call with Symantec Tech Support and apparantly the clients not reporting status is not logged anywhere and there is no report you can do that relates to this attribute on the site status report.
