Slow SEPM after upgrade to RU 5

Has anyone else noticed slowness issues with their SEPM after upgrading to RU5 ?

The management console hangs for about 5 minutes when switching views , it used to be this bad in MR 2 but performance had improved alot over the last several maintenance releases ...

Has anyone else noticed performance issues ??
