Has anyone heard of issues where Windows 7's BCD (boot configuration data) file gets corrupted on machines with the Symantec Management Agent (SMP 7.1 SP2 MP1) installed? Trying to troubleshoot this problem which seems to be affecting only Dell Latitude E6420 laptops. Note that the OS wasn't deployed with Deployment Solution so you can rule out this possibility.
Not to say the SMA is causing this problem although somewhat coincidental that this issue started happening after the agent was loaded. If you've heard of BCD issues with how an OS image was prepped, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
