SMA Push Security Risk?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I might be getting confused here with all the systems I've been testing on but it appears I can push the Symantec Management Agent (7.1 SP2) to PC's even with their Windows Firewall enabled. If this is true, my security guy was just wondering whether this is a "vulnerability" which could be exploited by unscrupulous individuals? I previously thought an enabled firewall would block agent installs, Altiris or not, so would appreciate an explanation of how SMP gets away with doing this. Thanks!

You probably have a firewall exception for File and Print Sharing.
This is not an issue, this is by configuration.
I never was able to push the agent when File Sharing is firewalled, or when Simple File Sharing was activated (removing Admin$, C$ ... shares).
There is no "Altiris way" to bypass any firewall.
