I have Small Business Antivius 10.1. Since I am outside of the office for long periods, my laptop is setup for unmanaged. I run the live update several times a week while on the road. In the last two weeks, the updates are downloaded, but they never install. In the last few days I noticed the auto-protect is disabled. I checked the boxes to enable exchange, webmail and file auto-protect, but the tool tray shows the shield with the red slash indicating it is disabled. Today, I checked the event log and that is when I found that all of the updates download but are not loading since 6/24/09. I also noticed that all of the scans show up as 0 files scanned. Does anyone have any suggestions?
