I install a package by pusing it to many servers, I keep the features that SAME as they were before. Some clients go from managed to SELF Managed which is NOT part of the deal. I have to import the Sylink.xml. It's not a very big deal, but it's kind of annoying, the servers were never self managed, not sure why the upgrade would push them to be.

But why is this happening at all?

Because you need to reset client side communication

For your client package, in your client install settings, tick the box for remove all previous logs and polices and reset the client-server comunications settings.

Any time you push the package, the client will be refreshed and you will be good to go

No, it will do it automatically once the sylink is imported.

The common bond is, it is only happening on the 64 Bit OS servers.

Out of curiosity, if you just leave it after installing, does it go back to managed?

    What I've seen:

When the upgrade is complete, the client goes to unmanaged for a brief time (1-2 minutes) before it comes back. No clue but it just works itself out...gotta be patient :)
