Hello,
Did you say "All SEP clients lost the connection with servies.msc at the local machine because of that its indicated as disabled in the client pc and also lost the connection with symantec management."
So, are the client machines able to access the services.msc now? Was that because of a GPO on your environment?
Secondly, How many client machines do you have in all which are not communicating to the SEPM server?
Here are Troubleshooting documents for SEP 12.1 -

Recovering client communication settings by using the SylinkReplacer tool (available with Symantec Technical Support)

To get SylinkReplacer for SEP 12.1 Utility, you will have to call symantec or log a web case.

Hi Mithun,
My 3 - 4 clients have this problem, same clients cant communicate with management and also services.msc of local machine,it partialy dead , once we try to open the client in the local machine sep got replay that "symantec has stopped"
Hello,
Since the symantec has stopped working, these would not be reporting to the SEPM.
In your situation, I feel very suspicious...Could you Run a Scan with the either of the Utility provided below?
I would suggest you to please -
1) Run a scan via SERT Utility on this machine.
Check this Article on SERT -

OR
2) Run a Scan via Power Eraser Tool
About Symantec Power Eraser http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH134803
Symantec Power Eraser User Guide http://www.symantec.com/theme.jsp?themeid=spe-user-guide
The SERT (Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool)is useful in situations where computers are too heavily infected for the Symantec Endpoint Protection client installed upon them to clean effectively.
The Power Eraser Tool eliminates deeply embedded and difficult to remove threats that traditional virus scanning doesn't always detect.
Hope that helps!!
