    Need Help in generating report for SMC service stopped on clients from SEPM. 

    SEPM : RU6 MP3.

    No,You can't find such type report in sepm.

    No such report to say who disabled smc. However if smc is stopped the client status will be offline in the computer status report

    If you have a Security Information or Event Manager like SSIM, CISCO Mars, ArcSight you can do that, you can create a incident for that.

    However in SEP you can view it either from Home Page or you can add it in your daily Report/Checklist.

     

    There is already an idea in place but not sure when it will be implimented. Apart from this you can create notification incase if something goes wrong u will get an alert.

    Hi,

    Not exactly but yes other report can contain fruitful information.

    About the different types of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Reports

    Computer Status Displays information about the operational status of the computers in your network, such as which computers have security features turned off. These reports include information about versions, the clients that have not checked in to the server, client inventory, and online status.

    About Computer Status reports and logs

    Clients Online/ Offline Over Time (Snapshots) Use this report to pinpoint the clients that don't connect to the network frequently enough. This report is available only as a scheduled report.
