SMCGui.exe high cpu and taking too much o f CPU time

Hi , one my user's laptops is having issues whereby SMCGui.exe is taking up most of the cpu time , laptop is brand new and because of this it is becoming very sluggish .
I am 11.0.401426 and I have reinstalled the client about 3 times but no help.
There are other forums with same discussion but no concrete fix ...
any ideas ....

I saw the best performance min Intel P4 2. Ghz CPU or better. and min 1 GB Ram.
And i prefer install new version on your laptop.11.0.5002
By the way download and install last virus definitions and Windows updates. (security and critical updates)
