HI Team.

In my environment one controller and three scanner;

1) In case if i am recieving spams then wats are the immediate steps to tak,how to stop spam(troubleshooting).

2) If any one particular domain mail is not coming how to check the excact reason for which it is being blocked.

3) In log we have found that “time exceeded “ and message is not deliver in my domain.
