  • 1.  SMG 10.5.3 This is Not Spam processing time

    There have been several newsletters that I have been selecting in my Messaging Gateway 10.5.3 and choosing "Submit as Not Spam". Day after day them come in tagged as spam. What is the turn around time for getting these rules disabled on my box?

     

    Frustrated...

    Newsletters are not considered spam, so we do not accept false positive reports for them.

    Didn't really answer my question here... Let's take newsletters out of it.

    I have had numerous instances of email converstations (shown by the re:) where I submit as not spam, and the next day and so on I see a reply of the same message still being marked as spam.

     

    How does it take for Not Spam submissions changes to come back to my box.

     

    Obviously, I'm a little unhappy with the false positive rate I am getting. Mince whatever terms you want, but email that I'm verifying and releasing I consider a false positive.

    Please make sure that you are submitting them correctly. We need the original email, not something someone has forwarded to you. If you are using Outlook, you need to forward the message as an attachment so we can see all of the header information required.
