    Hi,

    I have SMG 10.5.3-4 and problem with spam.

    Some emails all the time goes to SPAM Quarantaine. I added this email addresses and domains to Good Senders (Local Good Sender Domains and Local Good Sender IPs) but this emails still getting to quarantinne.

    I enable Costumer-specyfic Spam Submission but form me this is not working, because still the same mails getting as spam.

    Please give me a hint how to resolve this problem

    You need to find the message in the Message Audit Log and look at the verdict and action.
