Any idea whr to check?

From the CC at brightmail.log, i saw no error.... also on content filtering rule... the rule looks ok

Basically they're sending a notification to internal sender who send more than certain size of email... (5mb) then quarantine them

Sender from external has no issue... managed to get notification

These notifications come from

These notifications come from the Control Center. Depending on your settings for sending messages from the control center, your environment may not be set up correctly.

This is configured under Administration -> Control Center -> SMTP. If you have the option chosen for non-local, you need your internal DNS server to have an MX record for your domain pointing to your mail server.

This is what it sounds like it is set to since it sent to external recipients without an issue. We were able to find an MX record for them, but could not find one for your domain that was not pointing to the SMG. We cannot send an email to the SMG from the SMG.
