    Hi guys,

    Need help, got this error on SMG console:

    agent error.PNG

    any opinion what is happening?

    is there any firewall between these devices?

    can you ping?

     

    if yes, can you delete and readd the scanner

    this is only 1 appliance. single box running both control center and scanner

    ok, can you delete the entry and readd and tell us the results.
