    I'm sure this is a simple query, but how do i stop external systems from being able to send email as my internal domains to my internal users?

    For example, if my users are user@b.com, how do I get the SMG to reject inbound email FROM user@b.com externally?

    Just add your own domains to the "Local Bad Sender Domains" (Reputation, Policies, Bad Senders)
