SMG: Internal to external mail send failed

    Hi All,

     

    Any idea if this just a temporary error?

     

    “#< #5.4.7 smtp; 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max time without delivery> #SMTP#

     

     

    We did MX lookup test on a external domain from the appliance, seems ok... managed to resolve it and do a telnet test

    Bump!

     

    Could be this due to temporarily DNS lookup failure?
