    Hi all,

    We're running Symantec Messaging Gateway v 10.0.2.  A user reported that she wasn't receiving emails from a particular sender.  The SMG message audit logs showed the emails were being deleted with the Symantec Global Bad Sender verdict.  I added that email address to the Local Good Sender Domains list, with the actions of "Bypass all content filtering policies" and "Deliver message normally."  But the emails are still getting deleted, now with the verdict of "Bypass all content filtering policies, Delete message."  Can someone explain why this is happening?  Does the Symantec Global Bad Sender list trump any local whitelists that I create on the device?  Thanks in advance for any insight.
