Hi guys,
I have a content policy that moves a message to a quarantine incident folder based on a dictionary for a popper approval before delivery.
My problem is that messages that have more than this content verdict (such as Spam) are also being held in the incident folder.
Is there a way priories Spam deletion even when the spam has a word listed in my dictionary (for the incident folder)?
I already went through the KB below concerning the same topic but could not find my answer so far.
