  • 1.  SMG Update error

    Hello team when i tried to update my SMG running 10.0.1 to 10.0.3 I got the following error. I tried to repeat the process multiple times but recieved the same error. Please share why is this happening and how can i fix it. Regards

    To be honest, it looks like you have a very slow internet connection. The summary at the bottom says it took over 1 hour to download 80Mbs. I would guess that the connection legitimately timed out.

    Thanks JDavis for your Reply. Actually  I was wondering the same but again I have a 6 MB internet connection secondly is there any way to increase the timeout values in SMG web console ?

    We don't have a way to increase the timeout. Are you running the download function or install?
