    Hi,

we implement the SMG finally and now we would like to disconnect the old BorderWare mail gateway. There is only on thing: I miss the funktion of virtual mapping like in the old BorderWare. In the Borderware, I was able to route all mails from a specific domain to a new recipient mail address without touching the From or RCPT header. The SMG is only able to route domain to domain or recipient to recipient.

    Borderware:

Incoming Address: @ecm-my-company.org   Redirect to Address: mailbox@my-company.org

    SMG:

Incoming Address:  @ecm-my-company.org   Redirect to Address: @my-comany.org

So, is the SMG able to do this, what the BorderWare can do? Or do I have to use a third party software?

    Thanks for the help.

    Cheers.

This can be achieved with a content filtering rule using the action of 'Archive the message'
