I am installing SMP on a win 2008 VM on a closed network. The server is not allowed to ever touch the internet. I created an instillation package on a server that had internet access. When I run the instillation manager and try to install I get several similar errors to following error:

"The following files have failed to validate http://solutionsam.com/solutions/7_1/itms/7_1_sp1_...

which I believe means it's trying to download a needed component. The issue is I already downloaded it and added it to the component file. I went into settings in the Symantec Instillation Manager and tried updating the product lists but I still get the same error. I believe I even pointed it to the component folder.
