SMP 7.1 SP2 Instalation Problem

Guys,
Recently I migrate SP1 to SP2, my console works fine, but after 2 days stop process events.
I found errors messages on logviewer and SIM and verify that SMP
has problem in your instalation, I executed Re-configure and Re-install because the option Repair not enable.
And my problem continue.
Do you have idea, about this problem ?

Did you use "Install New Products" to upgrade SP1 to SP2?
