Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I need SMP 7.5 Database Schema that shows all the fields or document that outlines that information. I don't have 7.5 inhouse yet but we need to determine how much customization is needed so the Schema would be great help.  I appreciate help on this.

Thank you, this is great.  I was trying to see if there is one doc that outlines all the fields for custom and non-custom data fields but I will go thru the links and see what I can extract from there. Thanks
