  • 1.  SMP 7.5 SP1 support for SQL 2012 SP3

    Hello!

    I was wondering if anyone knows or have tried to run Symantec Management Platform 7.5 SP1 (HF5) against a Microsoft SQL 2012 SP3?

    I know that SQL 2012 SP2 is supported but there is no information in the support matrix about SP3.

    SQL 2012 SP3 is officially supported in ITMS 8.0 HF1 release

    Thanks Igor. I know :)

    The customer cannot upgrade to 8.0 right now so we need to make it work on 7.5 SP1 HF5.
    Is it possible?

    Well, I can't say that there will be a 100% guarantee that 7.5 SP1 HF5 release will works fine on SQL Server 2012 SP3, because 7.5 SP1 HF5 release wasn't certified for this SQL Server version...
