Asset Management Group

Hi All,

I am running 7.5 SMP and need to set up a read only security role for our Audit department to be able to just view assets and their status. They specifically want to be abel to see the resource change history.

I dont want them to have any other permissions to change things.

I have closed the Asset managers role and tried to reduce the permissions on it but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone offer me any advice?

By default, "Asset Managers" role is able to see "Resource Change History" from "Resource Manager' of selected resource.

If you want to remove other required actions, then check list of already enabled privileges for "Asset Managers" role and uncheck them.
