Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

Hello,

I can see on some patch management report there is informatou about reboot pending. On some PC the value is Yes so I did check resource summary for some and can see that there is reboot event. For example in the attached screenshot there is last reboot 26.2 but we are sure that the PC was more then 3 times rebooted from this time.

In patch man policy for plugins we don't have defined reboot, customer is doing reboot according their needs for ATM.

Can you please advice me when reboot event is sent? We have SMP 7.1 MP1.1 Rollup 5

Thank you for links. We did change the key in registry and now waiting for next restart. After that we will check reboot events.

But strange thing is why the key was not changed even if Patch needed restart...
