    Good Afternoon I have one sms 8300 in version 5.0.0-33 Which this updating filters of spam and me report the following error:

    2007-09-18T15:40:01-05:00 (error: 1717.3071884064): [54042] Failed to install the AV definitions

    2007-09-18T15:40:01-05:00 (error: 1717.3071884064): [54021] JLU internal error: 1. Please see the liveupdt.log file for additional error information.

    That must make to silve the problem?

    This error is being reported by Java LiveUpdate Controller, which is responsible for downloading AntiVirus rules.  It is possible that JLU reported this error whe it downloaded a bad virus definition.  If the error is not persistent and your AV definition is up to date, then you can safely ignore this message.
