VIP (Validation ID Protection)

I’m going to start VIP implementation on customer. They have 1500 users license .the end user should receive SMS contains the secure code. I could not find :I configured the VIP on my company for test and I configured everything .the end user can access SSP to register the credential: here I faced a problem with credential id ( end users will not use VIP access for mobile).FYI the RADUIS is enabled for XEN_APP(2fa ).please advise how the customer will get SMS to log in the portal(Will be manually sent or automatically generated?

I believe that there are some problem in Symantec support for this new product VIP.

I found the solution:

add the credential type :SMS

add the phone number such way :966500037348

add the name :friendly name

then click Check to recieve theSMS.

to integraion with Citrix it will look like as attached( same concept as Symantec)

I believe that This implementation project for Symantec VIP is the first one in the Middle east
