Here's a sample netstat from a server that is not using Rapid Release or Premium Antispam:
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State PID
TCP servername:8081 servername.domain.local:0 LISTENING 4
TCP servername:58081 servername.domain.local:0 LISTENING 3164
Those ports only need to be opened on the server itself. I have never had to make any firewall adjustments if the SMSMSE Admin Console is on the same server.
