Running SMS SMTP 5.0, licensed, with Patch 187, on Windows 2003 Server, Standard Edition. Host has a Certificate issued by VeriSign, which I imported into "Settings/System Settings/Cerificates" and which shows up there. Certificate also shows up in "Settings/System Settings/Control Center" in the Control Center Certificates window, where it seems to be the default cert - the other two options, "None Specified" and "Demo Certificate" are only visible if I click on the drop-down arrow.
When I connect to the control panel using HTTPS on port 41443 I get warnings that the cert being used is the Demo Certificate. But, when I send mail from a client configured to use TLS or SSL, the send is successful with no warnings or errors.
Do I have to do something else to force the control panel to use the host cert for HTTPS connections?

Did you goto Settings>System Settings>Control Center> then in the middle of the page is your signed certificate selected under: Control Center Certificate> User interface HTTPS certificate?
