SMSDOM 8

Dear colleagues,
We have succed upgrade SMSDOM 4 to 8 on Lotus Domino 8.5. thank you for all your kind of support
and We just updated the definition, it's work well
But when i clicked the icon "VIRUS DEFINITIONS" its shows Invalid or nonexistent document. What's its mean?
When i run command "Tell SAV info" it shows lastest definition

Upgrade from SMSDom 4.x to
Upgrade from SMSDom 4.x to 8.x is not a supported upgrade path.
Sounds like the databases may be corrupted. You can rebuild your settings files by shutting down domino, renaming or removing the sav.nsf, savquar.nsf, savlog.nsf and if it exisits the savdefs.nsf and restarting domino. This will cause SMSdom to rebuild its settings, quarantine and log file from templates. Then you will want to resign your databases and reconfigure SMSDom.
I had a call from a customer
I had a call from a customer who tried this last week and it did not end well. Please consider a fresh install.
One other option you can try is a stepping upgrade to 5.1, then 7.5, then 8.0. Please be advised that if you do this that content filtering rules may disappear becuase of the numerous changes we have made to content filtering throughout the life of Mail Security for Domino.
