SMSDOM is not generating update e-mail nofitcation

Hi,
I have Lotus domino 7.0.2 and and SMSDOM version is 8.1.0.10.My issue is that SMSdom Live update is working fine but not generating e-mail notification to specified users.
Everyday i checked the logs for updates confirmation.
please help me out
