SMSMSE 7 on Windows 2008R2 with Exchange 2010 Standard

Hi there..

Basicly i cant start the console.. ive tried everything, and the basic is done (Administrator on SMSMSE Admins and Viewers AD Group)

the Event Log is :

You either have insufficient permissions to access this application or your user credentials are not refreshed.
Try logging off and logging in again to reload the user credentials.

This is the error all the time i try to start the console...
 
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

This is my exact error and problem too. Did you get this working?  If so what did you do?

I support the product and have a couple of thoughts. Have you looked at http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH84031 to see if you have a broken SID?

Another known and common issue is if there is a Windows Server 2012 Doman Controller in the environment. This information can be found at http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH202495. If you ran the SecurityCheck.exe from the first link and see the following, you have a 2012 Domain controller

Group XX 
group.Value: S-1-18-1 
Conversion valid: True 
iex.Message: Some or all identity references could not be translated. 
iex.UnmappedIdentities.Count: 1 
Unmapped identity SID: S-1-18-1 
Error encountered while performing test: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
