Endpoint Protection

We are using Symantec Mail Security for MS Exchange.

I have a summary report being generated daily, using the template, with all the boxes ticked.

The report shows the total items scanned and the same figure as the items scanned by auto-protect.  Every other figure is zero.  However on the Home screen of the console, it shows the number of spam scans, the anit-spam vioations etc.

Why do these numbers not appear on the rpeort?

What version of SMSMSE are you using-?  And is it installed only on one Exchange server, or are you trying to view a report that contains data from a whole group of servers that are defended y SMSMSE?

It may be helpful to attach a sample report or screenshot to illustrate the issue.

I have posted the question on the correct forum with some screen shots.  It is only one server involved.
