  • 1.  SNAC Integrated DHCP Plugin Quarantines all clients

I have been battling with this for days, all clients are quarantined despite the fact they are compliant. I get the log "The Symantec client is not currently connected. We will automatically retry the connection and update the status if successful". The forums have suggested the issue has got to do with the static route (033). This is already in place and the SEPM Server and DHCP are added to the list of IP addresses that are reachable when a system is in quarantine. In learning mode, I get a failure "The profile is not the latest" on the same clients. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

...is used to confirm if the SEP Client is using the latest policies.  When in learning mode, do these clients ever stop generating these logs?  Is there a possible comms issue with these clients?

Yes the clients stop generating the fail logs when in learning mode. The clients dont appear to have any obvious communication issues with the SEPM. I disabled the firewall just in case and the issue still occurs

The issue is now resolved. It had to do with the Linked clones in my VMware Workstation Environment. A fresh install of the clients has resolved the issue
