SNAC license file?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have a SEPM with MR4 MP1a, trying to get SNAC MR4 MP1a on there too.
I'm getting the error that the version of SEPM (11.0.4.4014.26) is higher than what I'm installing(11.0.4.4010), so it doesn't work. Previous posts indicate all I have to do is copy a license file over for SNAC to work. Is there a documented process on the steps to do this?

The license gets installed
The license gets installed before the MSI is executed.
If you upgrade by executing Setup.exe or Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.msi present in the SEPM folder, the license will not be copy.
Make sure you run the Setup.exe present on the root folder of the CD to upgrade the SEPM.

The best and simple way is to copy the license file and to add the NAC installation packages manually.
Thank you for responding, but
Thank you for responding, but I figured it out on my own.
I was just looking for what the license file is called, where to find it and where it has to be copied to.
the license file is called snac.xml and must be copied
from: %SNAC CD%\SEPM\
to: %Program Files%\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc\license\
Then restart the Endpoint Manager.
You can not just copy the
You can not just copy the snac.xml file to: %Program Files%\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc\license\, this will not complete the install. this solution will prevent the enforcer appliance from connecting to the manager.

Manually copying the snac.xml
Manually copying the snac.xml file into the manager's 'license' folder causes Host Integrity to become available in the manager, but doesn't install any of the supporting files or configuration that is associated with SNAC and HI, so SNAC and enforcer communication with likely exhibit irregular behavior or not work at all.
The proper way to install SNAC is from the SNAC installation CD.
The snac.xml file must be removed before you attempt to install the SNAC plugin.
To verify if you have SNAC properly installed, check the following items:
1) Go to the policies section and you will see host integrity as an option for creating policies.
2) Now check under the admin->Install Packages section for Symantec Network Access Control
* If you do not have item #1 apply the SNAC add-on to the manager from the SNAC CD by running setup.exe from the root level of the CD or the extracted ZIP file.
Without this upgrade to the manager, the SNAC appliance will not connect to the manager or be listed under the servers tab.
* If you have item #, 1 but not item #2, you will need to do the following:
Remove the file located under the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc\license\SNAC.XML so that the full SNAC add-on package can be installed to the manager.
Once this file is removed, then apply the SNAC add-on to the manager from the SNAC CD by running the setup.exe from the root level of the CD or the extracted ZIP file.
Without this upgrade to the manager, the SNAC appliance will not connect to the manager or be listed under the servers tab.
Now pertaining to your original problem, the reason you received an error stating that the version of SEPM (11.0.4.4014.26) is higher than SNAC (11.0.4.4010) is because the builds didn't match. When installing SNAC you must use the exact same build of your currently running manager.
