  • 1.  SNAC for Macintosh?

    Posted Dec 05, 2013 10:41 PM

    Hey Guys,

I know SEP works on Mac but how about SEP/SNAC on Mac? Based on what I read about, we can use on deman snac, but I cant find any manuals or diagram about how it works and how we can deploy it. Anyone?

    Thanks,

    Try this

Using the Symantec DHCP Enforcer with Macintosh clients

deman snac? Where you seeing this?

12.1.4 release noes sort of allude to the fact but reading thru them doesn't reveal much

    Hi D@ry1

    Does this help

The "on-demand persistent" feature is currently only available on Macintosh OS X. On Windows the On-Demand client will always dissolve on reboot.

On the Windows OS, the full SNAC client install is recommended where a permanent agent is desired.

For general information regarding the SNAC On-Demand client please see the following article:

Hi I read the article that was informative,

But the problem here is that the Macintosh will be installed with SEP, will the on-demand SNAC work?

    Thanks,
