We are using Symantec SNAC 12.1 RU5.

We are trying to display a message on SEP 11.x clients if client version is not 12.x

Condition applied is "If registry value equals to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\PRODUCTVERSION value= 11.0.6200.754 then display message = XXXX"

But pop up message is not getting displayed on SEP 11.x clients.

If we tested it with SEP 12.x client (changing the registry value) then we are able to get message on SEP 12.x client.

Is there any compatibilty issue with using SNAC 12.1 RU5 with SEP 11.x clients?

This is not available for 11.x clients. For SNAC you need to get to 12.1.5
