Hello all,

Running into an issue with SNAC deployed as a LAN Enforcer. I have setup an AV Requirement HI Policy, clients without AV get put into a Remediation VLAN. In order for the client to be assigned access to the Production VLAN they need to have the AV but when installing SEP on the client machines the NAC client does not show up.

What do I need to do to get SEP with the NAC client. I have already configured the SEP and SNAC client packages for the particular group, but the NAC client still does not show up.

If anyone could clarify this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

SNAC is built into the SEP client.  Were you expecting a seperate client, or do you mean that the SNAC component does not show up in the SEP client GUI?

Once a client machine checks into a SEPM that has the SNAC add-on installed, SNAC will automatically be enabled on the endpoint.

Hello Chuck,

Sorry for the late reply, There was an issue with the packages that were uploaded to SEPM which initially caused some confusion.

But the main problem was that in order to have the AV Requirment HI check there atleast has to be a SNAC client deployed to the machine so that the client can communicate with the SEPM. Issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help.
