Snagit! monitoring with Network Monitor/Network Prevent?

We do not want to block the Snagit! application from running since 90% of what a user would use it for would not be a problem, but we would like to use Network Monitor and/or Network Prevent to create alerts and daily reports of certain specific documents and other documents containing certain types of data or key words being captured into Snagit! on endpoint computers.
Does DLP 11.6 Network Monitor allow for this?

u can do this by defining policy with new regular expresion for containing certain types of data or key words being captured into Snagit! on endpoint computers.
