Snap Server Backup Fails

I'm trying to back up a quantum snap server and I'm getting an error message that states: "Final error: 0xe000846b - The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent."
According to the support documentation I've read, the data is in fact being backed up, but I'm just not comfortable seeing a "failed" message for my backups. Is there anything ( workarounds, etc. ) I can do to avoid this.

Please ensure that the remote agent service is running under Lokal System account on media server as well as the remote server.
Does the isssue only occur while backing up the Snap server?
The Remote Agent Service is running as Local System on the media server. However, based on what I've read on the support pages, you can't install the remote agent on a snap server. So it's not even running on the snap. The issue does only come up when backing up a the Snap server. Snap server model is Snap Server 4100. The media server is running Windows 2000 SP4

Remote agent cannnot be installed on the snap server.
However if you want to get rig of the error message ,you will have to install the remote agent license on the media server
