  • 1.  Software bulletin are not getting downloading.

    Dear All,

    I am facing issues while downloading the softare bulletins on the SMP. It shows timeout error. Is there any way that, we can increase the timeout value of the downloading.

    Hi Sreejesh,

    May I ask some questions about this issue?

    - What version of Patch Management Solution are you using?
    - Is it reproducible for all Software bulletins from different vendors?
    - Is it possible to download same updates manually from vendors page?
    - Could you please attach SMP logs captured when this issue was observed?
