  • 1.  software delivery issue

    i've got a small packages 2-4, 3-6 mb set to run and all the clients are on the network, but the packages have not ran for the last two days on about 60-80 machine. they are set to run at 2:00 and 2;15. As far as i can tell they have recieved the advertisement/dilvery task, but the task does not run, no success or no failures. the first task takes about 15 sec to run , the 2nd one takes aobut 5-7 min to run.

    i have the latest sp for the notification server, and i'm running client mgmt suite II.
    can someone tell me where i can look to see where are logs are that i might be able to tell what is going on?

    Do you have the task set to run only at the specified time? If so, are the clients on at that time? Do you allow Wake On Lan packets to be sent?

    The Altiris Agent logs are in the \program files\altiris\altiris agent\logs directory on each client by default.

    yes they should be on at this time. these are laptops, and no we are not doing the wake on lan packets.
